Oi 'ad no idea it's been soo long.Oi 'as been up to moi eyes in it oi 'as but we're a bit more settled Mother and oi so 'ere oi sits wroitin this danged thing.
Mother were in foreign parts more than she were at 'er own foireside this past winter. Whizzin round loike a Catherine Wheel she were. Oi was tendin 'earth and 'ome as oi caan't be doin with eatin what oi caan't name.
Martin 'as his 'and to the wheel and the liddle maids is doin well though this wet spring we 'ad 'as brought its troubles. The maids was up to their 'ocks in muck most of April.
No floods loik what they 'as in them western places in Canada, poor sods. They'll be puttin their 'orses in hip waders for that there Stampede if they 'as it at all. Though mind you oi 'as no sympathy for that Chuck Wagon lot. Puttin those poor 'orses through all that. Them should be runnin around they barrels and the 'orses drivin. See how they loikes them apples!
Nowt funnier than folk as my old nan used to say though oi would say a spring lamb out to grass can give you a chuckle.
Mother says oi has a one track mind. Oi 'as oi suspect. It's livestock or nowt. Oi apologizes if oi am borin you but you signed up to read my palaver, oi hasn't 'eld a gun to your 'ead loik now, 'as oi?
Oi seems to be runnin out of steam.Toby an oi was up till all hours watching telly an it's played 'avoc with moi back though Toby seems fit enough. Oi was plannin to give you a 'eads up on spoiders as oi 'ave a fondness for they liddle beggars but we'll save it for next time. Moi 'ot water bottle 'as gone cold 'an oi'm all out of teabags.
Till next toime,
Tara,
Giles
